I can not say enough about Comfort Care. I have never been in a facility where you walk in the door and every one is so nice to you. One day of being there and I knew all the staff and they are so good to these older people, I just was so extremely impressed with how kind they are. Once my aunt Esther showed up the sparkle in her eyes and the smile on her face said enough. For the first time she actually was happy to be somewhere besides home!! When I left I felt so happy to leave her there and not guilty for the first time. I love you ladies to death and I know my Aunt Esther will too.

WOW,WOW,WOW! what a blessing to have such a beautiful,well run facility here in Bay City. My mother is being so well taken care of. We her family have the support from the entire team here so we can rest assured she is being taken care of. We are welcomed and treated so great by the entire team every time we visit. My wife was the first resident there when they opened on Oct. 17, and I have nothing but good to say about this facility, it is first class. Maria has dementia and the staff treats her with compassion, and dignity. The rooms are very nice, they have a beauty shop, a little theatre, many activities and very good food. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for their loved one. I would give it five stars.
